AIR-AP100GH is an IEEE802.11b/g compliant 11 Mbps & 54 Mbps Ethernet Wireless Access Point. The Wireless Access Point is equipped with one 10/100 M Auto-sensing Ethernet port to connect to a LAN.
AIR-AP100GH is the world’s most popular multi-function access point. It features an impressive total of 5 wireless multi-function modes that are not available in normal access points. From an ordinary AP application to a HotSpot and WISP usage, you will find that this is the device you want.
It provides 64/128bit WEP encryption, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK and IEEE802.1x which ensures a high level of security to protect users data and privacy. The MAC Address filter prevents the unauthorized MAC Addresses from accessing your Wireless LAN. Your network security is therefore double assured.
AIR-AP100GH can work in 5 operating modes:
Web Management
The AP’s is configured through web browser for easy and fast configuration. And you will not find an AP with more functions than the Netkrom series. Starting with the multi-mode function for the AP. Then we add both 802.1x accounting and authentication ports for WISP application. The new firmware includes TX power regulation in 5 levels.
TX Power Regulation
5-level TX power adjustment lets you match different antennas for law compliance. The ability to set lower TX output power is also crucial if you want to match the AP with external power amplifier.
Extended Security Features
Netkrom has gone the extra mile to ensure wireless security. Hide SSID prevents outside users from joining the network without knowing the wireless network’s ID. WPA and 64/128-bit port WEP encryption and access control is provided to prevent unwanted intruders.
